First of all the there is little communication between the various depatrments eg. telephone service reps, collections dept, customer service etc.
Because of this, the world's local bank is giving me, the local customer, the world's biggest garbage in terms of service.
To say that my experience with them is a nightmare is an understatement.
My card has been cancelled because of their incompetence and now I have been offered to settle the full outstanding amount in order to reactivate the card. Well, I have requested to meet the Head of credit cards to personally hand him the settlement cheque and give him a piece of my mind. Someone needs to be shot!
